The 13-week program is nothing like you’ve experienced. 

It’s not telling you what to do, instead it’s giving you a playground for you to experiment and feel what actually nourishes you so you can create your own playbook on how to feel energized and be healthy.

Weekly experiments fall within our 4 pillars of nourishment:

OUR WHY

We believe (and the stats show) that women use business as a force for good and make the world a better place through their products and services.

However, most often, they are the ones getting in their own way because of how society has conditioned and suppressed them.

Women are subjected since birth to beauty, body, and success ideals. The diet industry amongst other have thaugh them to fear their bodies and minds, making them believe they are the problem when it reality the system is to blame. There is a reason why more than two years after dieting, 83% gain more than they lost.

MEET INES

For over a decade, I struggled with dieting and low self-image.

I’ve also battled with eczema, and experienced burnout juggling several jobs and trying to build a business at the same time. But through my own healing and personal development journey, I discovered the power of intuitive eating, plant-based food, stress management, and self-care.

Now, as a wellbeing coach, I am passionate about empowering other self-employed women to break free from the fads and trends that dominate our lives. I believe in the importance of tuning in to our own intuition and wisdom, rather than relying solely on external strategies.

 

My mission is to support
self-employed women to feel energized so they can amplify
their business impact.

I do that by providing them with the tools and guidance they need to experiment and discover what truly nourishes them. Together, we create a safe space where you can explore your wellbeing with curiosity and feel supported on your own unique journey.

But my vision doesn’t stop there. I want to redefine how we approach business. Instead of sacrificing our health and wellbeing for success, I believe in putting self-care at the forefront. Because when we nourish ourselves, we unlock focus, creativity, and the ability to take our businesses and impact to new heights.

What if I’m too busy to do the work right now?

Your health is your greatest wealth, but we tend to only prioritise only when our body forces us to. The truth is that there will never be a “good time” to work on yourself. It requires you to commit to yourself and value your well being first. Can you put aside 15min to 2h a week to experiment and join our call to transform your health and empower yourself and your business? One of our explorers, Lena, joined NC right after giving birth and launching her own business. She says it was exactly what she needed during this overwhelming time. If explorer Lena, just gave birth and runs her own business when joined NC can do it, so can you.

Who is this program for?

This program is for self-employed women, whether you’re running your business or working as a freelancer. It’s specifically designed for women who want to approach their wellbeing with curiosity and want to break free from the hustling/burnout cycle.

What’s the weekly time commitment?

Nourishing Circle is designed for busy self-employed women.

You’ll only need ⏰ 15 minutes each week to set up and do your Nourishing Experiment. Then, if you decide to join the live group coaching call or watch the replay, 1 more hour. That’s a maximum of 1h15 per week to get the most out of the experience.
