I don’t want to become 100% plant-based. Is this program for me?
The goal of the program is for you to become more in tune with your body and let it guide you towards the food that serves and nourishes it. I found that my clients, when going through this program, reduced their meat intake and increased fruits, veggies, grains, nuts and seeds. I don’t like labels, and I’m not 100% plant-based as I believe that nothing should be banned from our nutrition. I remain French a big foodie and I’ll always eat croissants once in a while when I feel like it. Life is all about balance, I help you find yours!
I’m not sure this program will work for me?
This program is not a 1 size fits all approach and it’s not a diet either. Instead it’s made to teach you tools to go back to your intuitive body. By nature, your body is intuitive. For example, when you were a baby or a kid, you would eat when you were hungry and stop when you were full. Growing up, with society stigma and our life experiences we have grown disconnected to our bodies. This program will help you get back to it via thought provoking conversations that will change your outlook on food and nutrition. We’ll deconstruct your belief systems and habits around food for you to let go of self-criticism, judgement, and emotional eating and approach it with a curious and compassionate lens instead. This program is for any woman who is ready to make a change and is excited about the idea to get in touch with her body again and wants to respect & deeply nourish it to thrive!
How much time will have I to dedicate to it every week? What a week in the program looks like
Between 2-3hs per week. Here’s the how it breaks down: :
– The only recurring meeting during the program will be our group calls. These will be 1h30 once a week and we’ll decide together on a time that works for all the women in the program.
– A new video module of 15-20min will be available at the beginning of the week and you’ll be free to watch it whenever you have the time during your week.
– Lastly the habit of the week’s time will vary from week to week and person to person as it will be tailored to you, but usually varies between 1-10min per day no more.

Is this a live or self-paced program?
This program is live. I believe going through a live program provides more transformation than a self-paced one. Going through the journey alongside like-minded women have proven to be much more exciting and motivating than going at it alone!
